This month’s release is focused on providing improvements to your WYSIWYG Editor experience.
Formatting improvements
Font Sizes and Line Height
Font sizes in our rich text editor can now be easily customised through a convenient dropdown menu, similar to Microsoft Word. This new functionality allows for enhanced visual clarity in question text, making it simple to distinguish titles and highlight key information for more engaging presentation.
Additionally, line height customisation is now available. This allows you, among many benefits, to improve readability for longer passages of text and emphasise key sections through adjustable line spacing.
With line height set to 2:
This also enables you to advise candidates answering text area and essay questions to use a set font size and line spacing, improving readability for markers and raising the professionalism of responses.
Formatting Options now available in Online Courses
We have replaced simple text input with a rich text editor to two areas in Online Courses, allowing you to enhance the visual appeal of your courses without having to use HTML. Any existing HTML will remain unaffected. If your course has been published, the text editor will be unavailable in the below areas.
Chapter Headings
Enrich course chapters with images, tables, bullet points and more to create more engaging introductions.
Material Descriptions
Add rich text descriptions to highlight key contents of your course materials, such as scenarios, formulae, and other essential resources.
Material descriptions can also be used to add content straight onto Rogo.
