Text editor tool upgrade
We have upgraded our text editor tool. All functionality you are familiar with will be retained within the new and improved user interface, pictured below.
The updated text editor will be available throughout the admin and student flows.
Sorting Question Banks
You can now sort your questions within a Question Bank by:
- Name (A to Z, or Z to A)
- Last Modified (Oldest to Newest, or Newest to Oldest)
- Tags (A to Z, or Z to A*)
This will make it more efficient to navigate and work inside of large question banks containing may questions.
Tag columns are not available by default, if you would like to view them on the question list page in a question bank contact support@eintech.com.
*Note that if a question has multiple Tags the column will be sorted by the first tag listed against the question.
Multiple Paper Export
Word and PDF exports are often used for reference or for the paper to be sat offline. With this iteration, we’ve enhanced paper exports to cater to exercises containing multiple papers.
You can now select the exact paper that you would like to export from exercises containing multiple papers. To do this, navigate to the paper list page for an exercise. Here, much like in the exercise list page, you’ll be able to select one or multiple papers using the checkboxes, which then makes a number of export types available. If you select multiple papers at the same time, these will all export into one file.
You can export papers in either Word or PDF format, and you can export papers whether they are in Draft, Live or Archived. This improvement streamlines the export process and provides greater control and flexibility when managing the wide-range of assessment scenarios used in Rogo.
Student Activity Export
The new Student Activity Export allows you to gain greater insight into what your students are doing on Rogo. With this, you will be able to analyse usage and assist your students better throughout their courses.
Generating a Student Activity Export has been made as simple as possible. Found alongside the other Usage Reports (Monthly Statistics and User Reports) in the Admin area, all that is required is to select the month and the appropriate portal.
The resulting Excel spreadsheet shows details of when a student:
- Logs in
- Views course material
- Starts an exercise
- Views feedback
The report also provides the Course, Chapter and Course Material and Exercise Names where necessary.
