Events are email triggers you can set up to send an email to students once they complete a certain part of the course, or after a period of inactivity. Before you create the event within the course you would first need to create the email template.
Inactivity events
Inactivity events can be set up from the Course settings page, these can be set to go out after a specific period of inactivity, or to all students who haven’t logged onto Rogo since they were registered.
Events on materials
Events can also be set on individual materials (only available in an Online Course) within the Course to trigger an email to go out after the student has viewed the material.
