Accessibility Statement
We are dedicated to ensuring that our e-assessment platform, Rogo, is fully accessible in line with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018. This statement applies specifically to our Rogo test engines.
At Eintech, our mission is to build a learning platform that serves everyone, from international training organisations to apprenticeship providers. As part of this, we design with inclusion at the core.
Accessibility has been embedded in our development culture. From initial scoping to final testing, we incorporate WCAG 2.2 AA principles into every stage of our product lifecycle. No candidate-facing functionality is released without rigorous accessibility evaluation.
We continuously aim to upskill our staff, fostering a culture of empathy, fairness, and technical excellence. Accessibility is a shared responsibility across our product and engineering teams.
How you should be able to use Rogo
We want as many people as possible to be able to use Rogo. You should be able to:
- change colours, contrast levels and fonts using browser or device settings
- zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen
- navigate most of the platform using a keyboard or speech recognition software
- listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)
We also make the website text as simple as possible to understand.
AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.
Preparation of this accessibility statement
This statement was prepared on 13th June 2025. Rogo regularly undergoes accessibility testing.
Following an initial evaluation from a team of testers with a range of accessibility requirements, a first round of changes were made to the test engine. The Assessment Runner was evaluated by Eintech QA engineers and Product Managers.
The statement was last reviewed on 2nd October 2025.
